To perform some sort of surface ships or a variety of mission,need high speed under emergency conditions sailing into a particular area,on arrival,and low speed in the area related tasks,such as Marine environmental monitoring,environment or a search and rescue fishing task of surveying and mapping,etc.This request,both in the working condition of high speed and low speed conditions,the surface ships swing as small as possible,reduce the influence of rolling motion,in particular,to ensure its smooth safely perform related tasks.Reducing rolling technology at home and abroad are mostly using single stabilizer,and the technical research on tank joint fin stabilizer and there are many problems,such as: in the low speed of the very small share of anti-rolling fin stabilizer,under high speed anti-rolling tank stabilizer share are also small,add stabilizer fin and anti-rolling tank at this time will cause the waste of energy.Aiming at these problems,in order to reduce the system energy consumption,and realize effective damping under full speed of the ship,this paper designed the ship fin/rolling reduction intelligent control system of tank control scheme and control strategy.Firstly,the overall composition of the intelligent control system of the ship fin/water tank combined with the control system is designed,and the system composition of the ship fin/water tank combined anti-rolling intelligent control system is analyzed.Second,through to the anti-rolling fin system,controllable passive anti-rolling tank system mathematical model was established,introduced a ship fin/water tank in combination with mathematical model of the control system of rolling reduction,especially expounds the join valve switch controlled anti-rolling tank ship fin/water tank joint rolling reduction process of the establishment of the mathematical model of the intelligent control system.Then,to the ship fin/water tank joint rolling reduction in intelligent control system "fin/water tank controller" has carried on the design of control strategy,and put forward using the strategy of hierarchical control to control anti-rolling fin work state,make the ship fin/water tank joint rolling reduction anti-rolling fin in the intelligent control system can work under the appropriate speed exit."Is proposed in view of the anti-rolling tank,air valve switch controlled anti-rolling tank",and on the past,the commonly used two kinds of valve switch control strategy on the basis of the water tank valve switch PD control strategy is put forward.For the PID controller of the control system,the control strategy based on the optimal variable parameter PID controller is proposed.Finally,in order to implement the ship fin/water tank joint rolling reduction control scheme of intelligent control system and the control strategy of the simulation,the design of ship anti-rolling fin/joint roll reduction water tank control system simulation software.The software has user management,real-time simulation,simulation image display,data storage,data query and other functions.It is convenient for the user to simulate the rolling condition of the ship's fin/water tank combined with the rolling control system in different types of ships and under different working conditions,so as to carry out theoretical research.
