In this paper,the basic principle of the speed-tracking algorithm is studied,and the simulation of the speed-tracking algorithm is carried out with Matlab.Based on the rotational speed tracking algorithm,A new method of the coupled frequency &phasic modulation by the Encoder are designed,And the strategy is simulated by Matlab.The method normalizat the coupled phase-difference &speed-difference,to get phase modlation in the process of speed regulation.Some sub-circuits belonging to the control system based on TMS320F28335 are designed in this paper.Including power supply circuit,reset circuit,clock circuit,Jtag interface circuit,speed-capture circuit and a circuit for converting PWM to Analog Voltage.Then the hardware circuit board which belongs to the controller is made.The circuit board of the conversion module is made with the function of converting PWM to Analog Voltage.The speed of the motor is collected by the encoder in this paper,and then the pulse signal from the encoder is identified by the eQEP module of the controller.According to the principle of m velocity method of encoder,the subroutine of velocity measurement and phase detection are compiled.The subprogram of the ePWM,belongs to the controller,is written which with the function of outputting the PWM wave.The PWM wave is generated by the ePWM module of the controller and converted into the analog voltage through the module,which has the function of transferring the PWM to the analog voltage,and then the analog voltage control the frequency converter to adjust the speed of motor.Different from other vibration damping actuators with independent phase modulation structure,this paper designs an actuator with only the function of regulating speed.On the basis of complete algorithm and clear control scheme of motor,the test bench is built.Finally,the active control experiment is carried out.Under the 12 Hz frequency of vibration,the vibration effect can be reduced by 10 db.The damping effect of the bench in the low frequency band is remarkable,and that of the double frequency band is obvious.The feasibility of the mechanical actuator is confirmed.And the rationality of the adjustment strategy for the coupling frequency and phase proposed in this paper is explained.
