Relay protection device is very important to the safe and stable operation of power system,protection clamp proper operation is in relation to the reliability of power system,at present,the error control of the equipments of power system is already mature,but the error control of the clamp is relatively weak,in addition,with the increase of protection clamp number and Grid expansion,artificial management way already can't adapt to the new situation,so we must change from person management to intelligent management,to adapt to the new situation.This article is based on the traditional intelligent clamp management system,combine with the actual in Southern Hebei Power Grid innovate dauntless,study a clamp unify management and error prevention management,the system innovation is the way of induction attachment installed on the original protection clamp,use non-electricity sensing technology to collect clamp state and give it to the software,realize clamp state of acquisition and unify management and control,solve the difficulties of traditional intelligent clamp need to replace out corresponding protection intelligent clamp perfectly,design the clamp prevent false logic,on the basis of simulation operation,add a barrier to prevent the mistake,so that the function of the system is more perfect.Through the design of the system,the current weak situation of clamp management is solved.This article introduces the overall design of the system,clamp state sensors,clamp collector and PC software in detail,introduces logical address,state monitoring module and general control logic design based on the system,then introduces the implementation of the system,and introduces the innovations and difficulties in the design and implementation process,and introduces the shortcomings of the system finally.Through the research on the system,the system realize the function of monitoring and alarming the status of the introduces,preventing and controlling errors,and automatic checking,improve the control level of clamp of the protective device greatly.
