In recent years,with the development of smart power grid,power demand has been increasing rapidly,and many areas in China are building new smart substations.The establishment of substation is an important part of the whole electric network,so the research of the system and the design of intelligent substation are of great significance for improving the construction level of the power grid.First of all,this article has summarized the in contrast to conventional substation based on smart grid development prospect are briefly introduced,through the introduction of intelligent substation advantages,and to explore the key technology,the overall optimization design on 220 kV smart substation.Secondly,based on the requirements of power grid construction in Fushan district,this paper summarizes the necessity of building a new 220 kV LAN smart substation through regional load forecasting and power balance calculation.The design of intelligent substation mainly includes the design of substation and secondary part.One part mainly includes electrical main wiring,short circuit current calculation,electrical equipment selection,lightning protection grounding,station electricity and lighting.The second part mainly includes system relay protection,system dispatching automation,station communication system.The innovation of this paper is that the network communication system is a star network architecture.The cross interlock is realized on the interval layer communication,and the information sharing and interaction is achieved.We calculate,check and select electrical equipment through short circuit current.By reactive power compensation capacity and compensation within the calculation for the outbound,through the power flow calculation,analyzed the influence of the new substation of power grid structure,in the final analysis and check the new substation influence on system transient stability,according to the level of the regional power supply development and vision,substation design scheme is put forward.The reasonable selection of the scale of the project has a direct impact on the investment benefits after the project is delivered,and the design scheme can make the whole project advanced,safe and reliable,and reduce the later maintenance cost.The process flow and equipment plan are restricted by the resources and the environment.At the same time,these are integrated,that is,through the existing production scale,Design,select,evaluate and determine process plans and equipment plans,and so on,and determine reasonable and practical benefits.In this paper,we study the intelligent substation design will be along with the development of smart grid planning,impact in Fushun area intelligent substation construction,smart grid related industries to drive up,thus for the intelligent substation level of development and construction of Fushun area required to provide a solid guarantee.
