| The overhead transmission lines cover the area widely,the terrain is complex and changeable,and the natural environment is bad.And the wire and tower of long-term exposure in the field,the comprehensive influence of the running environment,such as mechanical and electrical,extremely easy to cause the wire broken and shockproof hammer breakage,slippage,insulator pin shedding,bolt loose,material corrosion,base damage,defects such as tower inclination occurred,if not timely discovery and repair,will eventually lead to serious accidents,the safety and stability of power system.In order to improve the quality of patrol and ensure the safety of overhead transmission lines,this paper first enumerates several ways of patrol overhead transmission lines at present,including artificial patrol,UAV tour,helicopter patrol,robot tour and so on.Combined with the extreme geographical situation,considering the timeliness,economy,reliability and other aspects of the way of power line patrol were analyzed on a patrol robot remote monitoring system based on hybrid communication technology,to achieve real-time monitoring of overhead transmission line control.After the detailed structure of the inspection robot and line tracking function realization scheme,based on line replacement model shaping fittings,set up a solar charging pile,installation of automatic tower device,hybrid communication network technology innovation means,realize the autonomous robot on line inspection,all kinds of terrain can patrol line by line the robot,the protection of the safe and stable operation of transmission lines.Finally,using the system in the Changbai Mountain area of a long line of pine220 kV tour across the board through the field experiment,the actual test,the system can meet all the requirements of the transmission line inspection,confirmed the inspection robot remote monitoring system of hybrid communication technology is practical and operable based on. |
