| Based on ensuring power quality,a scheme about reactive power planning compensation should be focused on net investment income in the life cycle of a project,in other words,a scheme about reactive power compensation should consider not only the benefits brought by loss reduction,but the increased c ost of design,construction,operation and maintenance in life cycle of the reactive power compensation equipment.The basic theory of reactive power planning of distribution network was introduced,the impact on the voltage and the power loss of power compensation was analyzed in this paper,and then the influence of reactive power compensation position on distribution network voltage was explained by theoretical analysis and simulation calculation.The problem of reactive power planning could be devided into two sub problems: the selection of reactive power compensation position and the determination of reactive power capacity.By introducing the concept of Life Cycle Cost(LCC)and constructing the life cycle cost tree diagram sorted by stages.a reactive power planning method for distributio network based on LCC was proposed.The reactive power compensation position and reactive power compensation capacity wewe determined by sensitivity analysis and improved genetic algorithm.The IEEE33 node distribution system and a partial distribution system of Foshan were taken as an example to simulate the calculation in MATLAB.The results show that the reactive power planning considering the life cycle cost is more reasonable,which is avoiding the difference between the operation result and the design expectation of the scheme.Finally,a set of reactive power planning calculation software was designed,which maked the theory better serve the actual engineering. |
