| With the development of the electric vehicle industry,the problem of the consistency detection of the direct current charge communication of electric vehicles is becoming more and more important.Consistency in charge of communication is the premise of the normal charging,if the charging message is not the same,the charging process will lead to failure,if the situation is serious it will cause irreparable damage to the charging equipment,even more will be a threat to the personal safety of staff.The rapid development of electric vehicles and charging equipment has also brought about the compatibility of many CAN bus communication protocols.Based on the application research background,this paper proposes a combination of affirmative test and negative test to detect the logic and content indicators of communication packets,so as to verify the purpose of communication consistency.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)A set of convenient and flexible charging communication consistency detection system is designed,which can monitor the data information of the non vehicle charger and battery management system comprehensively,and determine the communication performance of the onboard charger through the analysis of the detection system.(2)The detection index of the consistency of the charge communication is determined,and the detection index is tested by the designed monitoring system.The result of the test is compared with the standard protocol,and the communication performance of the charger is verified more comprehensively and concretely.The test results not only provide data support for the research of charger communication consistency detection,but also promote the development of electric vehicle charging equipment in communication. |
