With the rapid development of smart grids and energy internet, optical transmission networks with optical fibers are widely used in power backbone communication networks to link massive heterogeneous data terminals and data centers, providing the basis for the smart grid's strong operation. How to quickly and efficiently improve the capabilities of network transmission services, help energy companies to control the cost of building networks, and optimize the allocation of network resources have become the focus of optical network research. In view of the above problems, this paper builds a new business-oriented optical network architecture based on the defects of the existing optical network-oriented resource scheduling and network optimization methods and software-defined networking technologies. For the scheduling problem of services that are defined by software-defined optical networks,a time-aware software-defined optical network cross-layer control mechanism is established by integrating time factors, and cross-layer resource reservation algorithms and time-dependent service adjustment policies are proposed, and simulation verification is performed.Increased resource utilization.Secondly, aiming at the problem of optical wave multiplexing in the power backbone communication network, this paper aims to minimize the cost, introduces the optimization theories of graph theory, designs the least cost heuristic search algorithm, solves the reasonable allocation management of the bandwidth and the underutilization of the transponder. To achieve efficient use of resources.
