Development And Application Of Cable-type Solid Insulation Intelligent Busbar

In addition to meet the requirement of conveying capacity,the insulated busbar should meet the requirements of long-term safe operation and maintenance-free.This paper studies a new kind of solid type cable insulation intelligent busbar,not only does it satisfy the requirement of carrying capacity and good protection performance of insulation,but also through the intelligent detection method,the main operation parameters of the busbar are monitored online to ensure that the busbar is always in good running condition.First of all,this paper introduces the process of development of cable type solid fully insulated busbar,including the selection of solid insulation materials,coating process and equipment selection,solid fully insulated busbar connector and terminal connector connection methods.Secondly,the on-line monitoring system of solid insulation busbar is introduced,including hardware and software.on-line monitoring the content of this system including busbar joint temperature detection,busbar outside shield potential detection,leak current detection,busbar vibration testing,busbar environment temperature and humidity test.The data measured by the parameter measurement unit(TMU)and busbar leakage current measurement unit(LMU)are collected to monitoring data set unit(TCU)and are forwarded to the data processing server for data analysis and storage.Therefore,we evaluate the operation state of the busbar through these data,and then alarm the abnormal state through the early warning mechanism.At the end of this paper,according to the result of the application of the intelligent bus system,the various sensors work normally,the monitoring data is accurate and timely,and the whole system is reliable and stable.In this article,through the selection of insulation materials,coating process of development,the method of metal connection and shield connection of the busbar and the design of on-line monitoring system,we develop a new type of cable type solid insulation intelligent busbar.The system lays a solid foundation for realizing unattended operation,reducing maintenance cost,ensuring the safe operation of power grid and realizing intelligent power grid,which is of great significance for popularization.
