With the rapid development of robot technology,robots have become a hot research topic instead of artificial participation in social labor.For example,intelligent robots,which are used for unattended substations,are the research direction of attention.Because the specifications of the substations in China are not uniform and the environment is complex,how to design robots reasonably becomes the key of robot design.For example,there is a large difference within the substation.How can the intelligent inspection robot ensure that the driving route is reasonable,and the robot also needs to complete the temperature of the equipment,identify the state of the equipment,detect the power of its own,and transmit the data.Based on robot's design goal,the main contents of this paper are:First,on the basis of reading a large amount of literature,this article compares and analyzes the domestic and foreign substation intelligent robot system components,then discusses the main functional requirements of substation intelligent robots,and designs and proposes the robot's system architecture,key technology implementation programs,and Hardware and software design gives the overall system design diagram.Secondly,in order to satisfy the reliability of the robot in substation operation,this paper disassembles the robot modularly,details the mechanical structure and function of the substation's intelligent robot system,the selection of various components and the acquisition of the main technical parameters.Among them,the focus is on the structure of intelligent robots and the implementation of key technologies.Then,the system control system software is designed.The system software structure adopts the client/server mode and has a good human-computer interaction interface.The software control of the system mainly completes the behavior and monitoring control of the robot.In addition,the automatic robot charging system,the infrared image recognition,and the navigation and positioning system control process are also introduced.Finally,in order to verify the degree of performance of the proposed intelligent robot,with the cooperation of the authoritative organization,a large number of test debugging and correction were carried out in this paper.Ultimately,the substation intelligent robot system has achieved the expected functional requirements,and each performance is in good order.At the domestic level,the operation is very safe and reliable.At present,the substation intelligent robot designed in this paper has passed the tests at various sites and the results have been accepted by the users.Because of its safety and reliability,low cost,significantly reduced the workload of the operation and maintenance personnel,and more convenient maintenance,it is ready to be promoted in various small substations in the Benxi area.
