Poverty-stricken areas are often inconvenient for transportation and have poor land.There are great limitations in poverty alleviation methods and it is even more difficult to achieve accurate poverty alleviation.As one of the “Top Ten Precision Poverty Alleviation Projects” established by the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office in 2015,photovoltaic poverty alleviation can ignore transportation and land restrictions,and rely solely on the abundant solar energy resources in the poverty-stricken areas.Power generation through photovoltaic power stations for poverty alleviation can bring stable income for 25 years in poor areas.In addition,mostly used are barren hills,barren slopes,uncultivated land,and roofs,to achieve the purpose of combining poverty alleviation and development with energy conservation,new energy use,and idle land use.Since Haixing County is a state-level poverty county and the industry itself is underdeveloped,the construction of the power grid is lagging behind.The continuous access of centralized photovoltaic power plants in a short period of time,the centralized deployment of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects,and the explosive access of rural rooftop photovoltaics will bring great challenges to the operation of Haixing Power Grid,and pose great hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of Haixing Power Grid.This article mainly analyzes the status quo of the Haixing area power grid and the analysis of the access plan.All aspects from theoretical analysis may limit the factors of PV access.In order to accurately calculate the maximum access capacity of photovoltaic grids in Haixing Power Grid,the factors that limit the PV access volume need to be determined,and the limitation of the maximum access volume of PV grids to the operational indicators of Haixing Grid is analyzed.Based on the limitations,the calculation model for the maximum PV access volume was established,and calculations and technical verifications were performed.Finally,the measures for improving the PV access of the power grid are studied.In the case that the distributed power access capacity exceeds the natural capacity of the distribution network,taking appropriate measures from the perspectives of source,network,and load and their mutual coordination can effectively improve the photovoltaic capacity of the power grid.
