Supervision system is the fundamental measure to guarantee the quality compliance of construction projects,and an effective means to form the whole process management of construction projects.At the present stage,the construction of supervision system in the implementation system of China's construction projects has the attribute of compulsory execution to a certain extent,which is the fundamental necessity of the government's consideration of the compliance of the large construction projects.In such a mode,wind power construction projects belong to large-scale livelihood projects,and the supervision system must be built.At present,there are still some problems in the supervision system in our country,especially in the aspects of complexity,engineering,personnel,supervision and so on.The above problems also appear in the supervision system of Xintian Feilong wind power station.Therefore,based on the above problems,this paper optimizes the contents including organization,objectives and methods,and introduces the implementation process of related supervision in detail.It is hoped that this study can provide necessary assistance for the establishment of follow-up supervision system,and provide guidance and reference for the supervision of similar projects.In the actual research process,it is mainly divided into three parts:First,the theoretical basis of this article is summarized.Through this part,we study the background,significance,content,research status and framework of the subject.At the same time,the relevant theoretical framework and analytical tools are constructed.According to the basic theory,nature and significance of supervision,the specific application in engineering practice is explored.From the point of view of specific technology,the advantages and disadvantages of different organization methods and supervision technology are discussed.From the perspective of practice,the specific functions of different supervision departments are analyzed,and the related technologies are developed and realized.Provide the necessary theoretical basis.Second,taking the Xintian Feilong wind electric field as the specific research object,this paper explores the design of the supervision system in the construction process of the booster station,and finds out the possible problems in the process of its implementation,and provides the necessary empirical basis for the effective optimization of the follow-up.At the same time,in this process,analogous construction is carried out according to the design optimization implementation method,and the effectiveness of the optimization measures is analyzed in comparison.Third,the key points in the electrical supervision process of the wind farm substation are combed,the actual project implementation points are determined,and the specific points of attention are put forward to summarize the experience in the project supervision process and provide the necessary basis for the follow-up possible similar project supervision work.The main achievements of the research are summarized,and feasible prospects for future research are put forward.
