Dye-sensitized solar cells?DSSCs?formed by light anode loaded dyes,electrolyte and counter electrode.This paper This paper mainly explores the stability of photosensitized Photosystem complexes?PSCs?as sensitizer,the best preparation of titanium dioxide as light anode,the optimization of electrolyte and the measurement of photoelectric properties of DSSCs.The sensitizer selected in this experiment is to extract PSCs from the cell of the Synechocystis.When the cells were in the growth stage,PSCs was extracted.The effects of pH,light,temperature and time on the light absorption and stability of PSCs sensitizer were investigated.The UV-Vis spectrophotometer was used to determine the absorption spectrum of the PSCs sensitizer at the wavelength of 250nm-800nm,and the absorbability of the photosensitizer was characterized.According to the data analysis,PSCs can maintain a complete structure in light,pH=7 and below 25?,and has good absorbability and stability of light.The light anode of DSSCs was generated by anodic oxidation which could get TiO2 nanotube arrays in titanium foil.The experimental design and analysis of response surface method were carried out by Design-Expert software.Central Composite Design experimental design was carried out on 3 factors of voltage,time and NH4F mass fraction in anodic oxidation,and the interaction between influencing factors was investigated.It was determined the best conditions for preparation of TiO2nanotube array photoanode by the length and light current.Under the current experimental conditions,the best preparation condition was obtained for the oxidation voltage is 25V,oxidation time 80min,the mass fraction of NH4F 0.28%,the length of generated light anode of TiO2 nanotubes 12.64 m and the photocurrent density125.73?A/cm2.On the basis of the optimum preparation conditions of the photoanode TiO2,the influence of the pH,type and concentration of the electrolyte on the photoelectric performance of the battery was investigated.By comparing the photocurrent density and the monochromatic light and photoelectric conversion efficiency,the electrolyte with excellent performance was optimized.When pH=8.0 and concentration0.01mol/L of Na2B4O7 used as electrolyte,the photoelectric performance of the battery is the best.And the photocurrent density is 171.88?A/cm2,and the monochromatic photo conversion efficiency?IPCE?peak is 3.265%.The backlight DSSCs was built by using PSCs sensitizer sensitized nanotube TiO2 as photo anode.By measuring the photoelectric properties of photocurrent,J-V curve and IPCE of DSSCs,the effects of sensitization time and sensitizer concentration on the performance of the battery were explored.The experimental data showed that DSSCs had the best photoelectric performance when the photosensitization time was 24h and the dilution ratio of the sensitizer was 10 times.The photocurrent is 235.46?A/cm2 with the photoelectric conversion efficiency of0.598%,the Voc of 0.61V,the Jsc of 135?A/cm2,the fill factor of FF 0.56 and IPCE of 7.019%and 0.533%at the two peaks.
