Abstract/Summary:
In the context of energy conservation,environmental protection and resource utilization,the residual heat recovery and utilization of cogeneration units has become a trend.Two 300 WM units in our factory have been reformed for heating.The pressure of the extraction steam is far greater than the pressure required by the heating network heater.This part of the residual pressure can be recycled.The temperature of the water return water in the heating cycle is far greater than the rated temperature,and this part of the waste heat can be recovered.For this purpose,the relevant literature on heat recovery and utilization of residual heat is collected,and its working principle and development direction are analyzed.By investigating the heating load and the demand of the plant,collecting the parameters of the unit heating and extracting steam,it is determined that the steam residual pressure can be recovered by increasing the back pressure unit,then the exhaust gas of the back pressure machine is sent to the heating heater,and the back pressure unit is connected to the plant’s power supply system,which can effectively reduce the power consumption rate and release the electric quantity of the Internet.At the same time,it plays a role in reducing pollution emissions.After determining the scheme of the back pressure machine,the economic analysis is carried out,and the equipment selection is carried out according to the parameters of the main engine and the parameters of heating steam.The 25 MW back pressure turbine unit produced in a steam turbine factory is selected for installation.During the operation of the back pressure unit,the parameters were recorded,and the data were summarized and analyzed after the heating period ended.Through the analysis of the running data,the operating parameters of the unit meet the set value in the feasibility study,and the energy cascade utilization is realized.The economic benefit of the energy saving of the back pressure unit is played to the maximum extent,and the investment recovery plan conforms to the economic evaluation.
