The insulation material has 3 main electrical properties,dielectric,conductivity and electrical strength.Dielectric properties mainly reflect the polarization and depolarization of insulating materials under electric field.The main parameters reflecting the dielectric properties of the composites is the relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss,dielectric spectroscopy is to describe the dielectric constant and dielectric loss curves of temperature and frequency in a wide range.Dielectric spectroscopy can reflect the dielectric properties of materials and their changes.Due to the damp or aging of the material,the dielectric spectrum will change significantly.Therefore,it is a hot spot in the field of electrical properties testing of insulating materials.First of all,based on the use of dielectric spectrometer to validate the simulation results of Comsol electromagnetic simulation software,such as the factors,the effect of contact method for measuring dielectric spectrum in the electromagnetic simulation software Comsol,parameters of the electrode,the sample parameters of system simulation,the simulation results based on the relatively simple and easy to use dielectric constant measurement correction method is proposed.Secondly,this paper introduces and analyzes the existing electrode with guard electrode contact equivalent model,found inconsistent use of the results of the model law and the measured data,The influence factors of the bad contact to the insulation material measured by contact method are studied by using the 3D model established in Comsol,and the rule of simulation is verified by the measured data.Finally,the mechanism of dielectric constant measurement by excluding the insulation resistance is analyzed,and the influence of insulation resistance can not be ruled out based on the simulation and experimental data.The influence of the key parameters on the accuracy of the non-contact method is further compared with the contact method.The application range of the non-contact method is given,and the conclusion is verified.
