Abstract/Summary:
As the main force of China’s power industry,thermal power plants play a decisive role in the development and stability of the country.With the continuous expansion of thermal power plants and the increasing capacity of power generation and installed capacity,the impact of thermal power generation on the environment is becoming more and more obvious,which has brought many social and livelihood issues,which seriously affected the socialist modernization.To implement the new national standard " thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards " and energy-saving emission reduction policies,Dalate power generation company improves denitrification device,dust collector,desulfurization device for 4*330MW units.In order to solve the problem that the original fan and the turbocharger fan can not meet the normal operation of the system,the original fan and the turbocharging fan cannot meet the normal operation of the system after the unit’s environmental protection desulfurization and transformation.This paper studies and discusses the reform scheme of the introduction and addition and the optimization of the tail flue,and compares the single expansion and transformation scheme of the fan,from the efficiency,economy and safety of the system.In view of this transformation,this paper takes the #3 unit as the experimental platform and data source,analyzes the thermal experiment of the original fan,calculates the new resistance after the remolding of the unit,and carries out the energy analysis after the single expansion and transformation of the fan and the transformation of the introduction of the fan,and studies the energy of the tail flue after the optimization of the flue.The research results show that the efficiency of the fan is 74.0%~85.0%,and the efficiency is improved significantly after the transformation of the lead plus expansion and the tail flue optimization.The single unit remolding scheme is more investment 4 million 150 thousand yuan than the static single modification of the fan and the static single of the booster fan.The relative saving operation cost is 2 million 530 thousand yuan,and the investment recovery period is less than 2 years.After the reconstruction of the combined fan and the optimization of the tail flue,the annual saving of electricity isabout 300 thousand k Wh,the annual saving cost is 169 thousand yuan,the plant electricity consumption rate is 0.02%,and the annual operating cost of 4*330MW unit can be saved by 676 thousand yuan.
