With the rapid development of science and economy,people's demand for power quality and quantity is increasing.In the present paper,The State Grid proposed a theory of smart grid and struggled to achieve the goal of one strong,three excellent”.The electric energy acquisition system as an automatic information collection,monitoring and intelligent processing of integrated information management system plays a very important role in the power grid.Nowadays,more and more attention has been paid to the reconstruction and construction of electric energy collection system.However,China's system of pre-project comprehensive evaluation has achieved certain results and needs further development and perfection.This paper will conduct a pre-assessment on the reconstruct on project of Chaoyang electric energy harvesting system.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of gray relational analysis based on AHP,this paper analyzes the energy,energy,Acquisition system transformation project comprehensive evaluation,select a more practical plan.First of all,a series of background and theoretical researches on the comprehensive assessment of the project will be elaborated.Secondly,the basic theories of the pre-assessment of the electrical energy acquisition system retrofit project will be elaborated.Thirdly,the pre-assessment index system of the electrical energy harvesting system retrofit project will be elaborated.Then elaborated the theory of AHP,the theory of gray relational analysis model and the construction of comprehensive evaluation model based on gray level;Finally,the paper takes the Chaoyang's electric energy acquisition system reconstruction project as an example according to the analytic hierarchy process and the gray correlation analysis.The integrated method model qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes the various options of the project to select a more feasible solution.The research shows that the integration of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and gray relational analysis is suitable for the reconstruction and construction of the electric energy acquisition system.In the reconstruction project of the electric energy acquisition system in Chaoyang's,program 3 is to transform the main station and the station of the electric energy collection system,which works best.
