| Coordinated Control System is the key to realize the automatic control of the power plant,the system determines the level of automation of power plant.This paper expounds the existing problems of the Coordinated Control System for supercritical unit,analyzes the reasons for the problems and puts forward some solutions to the control loop of the unit.The decoupling of the control loop and intermediate point temperature are thoroughly discussed and illustrated by engineering examples.Learn from the optimization techniques of Coordinated Control System at home and abroad,according to the characteristics of supercritical unit,this paper introduces the suitable optimization technology of Coordinated Control System.There are "direct energy balance control technology of supercritical unit " and " flexible multistage decoupling technique of steam turbine "," rolling forecasting Technology of load demand "," four quadrant control technology of intermediate point temperature ".The debugging method of direct energy balance control technology is described in detail,especially the conventional DEB(Direct Energy Balance)heat signal is superimposed on the heat differential signal of the air and oxygen.In view of the nonlinear characteristics of the supercritical unit,the nonlinear correction is carried out on the basis of the PID(Proportion、Integration、Differentiation)controller,the dynamic adaptive feedforward and Feedforward Control with Fuzzy Control of Energy deviation are applied.A special four quadrant control method is given for the intermediate point temperature of the supercritical unit,which can control intermediate temperature well while taking into account the main steam pressure.with the practical application of Coordinated Control System,a variety of advanced control theory is applied to it,the level and profitability of automation is improved,the valuable experience for the optimization technology of Coordinated Control System is accumulated. |
