The development of our country's construction is developing the constructionindustrialization in the future,which is aim at achieving the standardization of components,production prefabricated and construction assembly,changing the original design,production,construction from fundamental,and realizing the environmental protecting and the value of construction products.According to the concept of building-industrialization,our country strongly advocated that the new buildings must meet a certain rate of prefabrication.In order to promoting the application of prefabricated concrete structure and steel structure in the construction industry,there are many scholars who have done a lot of research on joint of beam-column.In this paper,a new type of connection node with flange is proposed,which can be fully assembled.In order to describing the performance of this kind of joint accurately,two different types of joints are designed according to the specification.At the same time,the software of ANSYS is used to simulate the joints,in order to analyze the basic performance of the joints.Through comparing the performance of the three groups of joints,the merits and demerits of the new joints are evaluated.The connection of joint's beam are designed according to the principle of equal strength and cantilever assembly.The new joints is connected by bolts through the flange which is at the bottom of upper and top of the column,and the other joints are welded directly.In this paper,the following conclusions are obtained by experiment and finite element numerical simulation:The hysteretic curves of flange joints are fuller than welded joints,but it's hysteretic curve is on the low side,because of the connection of beam-column with welding method.And the hysteretic curve of the flange plate joint is better than the flange joint,which full hysteretic curve shows that the joint has strong plastic deformation ability and energy dissipation ability.According to the relation curve of M-?,it can be seen that under the same load,the relative rotation angle of the outer ring plate joint and the flange joint is smaller than the welded join.Therefore,the stiffness of beam-column joints connected with outer ring plate and flange plate is greater than that of welded joint,and the stiffness of outer ring plate is larger than that of flange plate.The strain values of welded joints fluctuated greatly in transverse,longitudinal and oblique directions,and the joint domain is mainly in the state of compression at the beginning of loading,and gradually changes to tensile state with the increase of load.The node domain of flange joint is always under compression,but the node domain of outer ring plate node is always in the state of being pulled horizontally.Through the analysis of the three load transfer paths,the load transfer performance of the outer ring plate joint on the flange of the beam is slightly lower than that of the other kinds of joints,which is due to the rigidity of the outer ring plate strengthening beam-column connection,and makes the load at the end of the beam unfavorable to transfer to the steel pipe column.Therefore,there is a large deformation at the flange of the beam,and the flange joint has better force transfer performance by synthesizing the transfer force of the three paths.By comparing the equivalent viscous damping coefficient of the three groups of joints,it is found that the energy dissipation capacity of the outer ring plate joint is the strongest,the flange joint is the next,and the lowest energy dissipation capacity is the welded joint.There are some difference in the equivalent viscous damping coefficient obtained by the hysteresis curve of the left and right sides of the beam.With the help of finite element analysis(ANSYS),the stress distribution of the three groups of joints is more uniform when the load at the end of the beam is only ten.According to the stress distribution in the X direction,the largest stress is the flange joint,while the stress value of the outer annular plate joint is the minimum.except for the welded joint,the difference between the Y direction displacement and the test value obtained by the finite element method is small.
