| With the continuous development of industries and economies,the demand of power resources is increasing day by day.The good and reliable power supply facilities,as well as the scientific operating and management system are the foundation of normal operation of the modern society.By directly using the water energy,hydropower basically does not generate pollutants.Meanwhile,hydroelectric generation generally has the benefits of flood control,drought resisting,urban and rural water supply,agricultural irrigation and navigation.A scientific and reasonable start-up and commissioning outline for the hydroelectric generating set not only has great significance for the Upper Atbara Project itself,but also can provide references for the outlines of other domestic hydropower projects.This paper mainly focuses on the test run of the hydroelectric generating set in the second largest hydropower station in Sultan,the Upper Atbara Project.Various inspections are made before the test run,including the diversion system,governor system,generator,excitation system,and other equipments;various tests were made,including water filling test,unit start-up and idling test,automatic start and stop test of the unit without excitation,generator current increasing test with fixed load capacity and overload capacity,generator voltage increasing test and single phase grounding test,current increasing test,equipment voltage increasing test and grounding test,excitation adjusting test of the generator at no-load,220kV equipment and main transformer shock and electrical test,circuit breaker synchronous test,unit synchronous grid connection test,unit loading test,and 72h continuous test run of the unit with load.The start-up and commissioning procedure outline was compiled based on these inspections and tests.The outline has been successfully used in the grid connection and power generation of the first unit which has been put into commercial operation.。... |
