Permanent magnet synchronous motor is a nonlinear,strong coupling and multivariate controlled object.The conventional PI control method is difficult to meet the requirements of high performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system.Moreover,the traditional speed sensor is affected by the installation environment,which increases the cost and reduces the system reliability.Therefore,it is necessary to study the control strategy of high performance speed controller and speed sensorless.Firstly,two kinds of new reaching laws is proposed based on the analysis of sliding mode variable structure speed reaching law and exponential reaching law,speed of sliding mode controller based on the reaching law is designed,a sliding mode speed control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is constructed,and the control performance of the system is improved.Secondly,an extended state observer taking the disturbance as system extended state is designed,and introduce the output of state observer into the speed controller.Finally,an improved sliding mode observer based on the traditional sliding mode observer is designed,meanwhile an two order observer based on the terminal sliding mode and high-order sliding mode is designed,the performance of rotor position and speed is estimated.According to the control methods proposed in this paper,a model of PMSM speed control system is built in MATLAB/simulink environment,by analysis of the simulation,the effectiveness of the proposed control methods are verified.Meanwhile,the experimental platform of PMSM vector control system is built using DSP TMS320F2812 as control chip.
