| Laminated structures are widely used not only in industrial and civil buildings,but also in the construction of Bridge Engineering,Track Engineering,Port Engineering,Water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering.As the composite structure in the 312 State Road Reconstruction Engineering Nanjing high-speed highway Jiangsu section in 21 large and medium-sized bridges;in Benxi iron and Steel Group,a branch of Meng Jia Bao bridge repair and reinforcement of the application;in the use of Wujiang Hydropower Station Dam(7~11 side plant floor precast arch the above structure,cast-in-place concrete and so on).The application of superposition structure in traffic engineering mostly adopts the superposition structure of new and old layers with reinforcing steel bars to enhance the integrity of the superposed structure The generalized composite structure,not only with concrete laminated concrete,composite structure according to the actual situation of engineering and component force characteristics,flexible selection of the appropriate composite materials and structures.Because of the composite structure can make reasonable adjustment according to the actual needs of the project,so it has the advantages of prefabrication and cast-in-place structure,can be targeted to a large extent can save materials,more environmentally friendly.Some parts of the composite structure can be made in advance in the factory,and the construction process can reduce the number of processes and labor input,which is also a good time to save the time limit.Based on the existing research results of two kinds of composite structures,this paper analyzes the shear mechanism and the calculation theory of the composite structures of steel truss concrete composite structures and precast ribbed floor composite structures.This paper first analyzed ordinary steel truss concrete composite laminated`s shear bearing capacity of the situation analysis,and then establish the cohesion slip model,analyzes the model parameters,the model can effectively reflect the composite interfacial damage.In addition,the influence of steel truss on the shear bearing capacity of the joint is studied,and the method of calculating the shear strength is obtained.Secondly,the shear bearing capacity of the composite plate in the pure shear state is analyzed.Analysis of the concrete slab in the presence of mandrel on the shear strength of the composite surface contribution on the constitutive relation and between cast-in-situ and precast layer construction of bond slip,the accuracy of analysis model of shear bearing capacity of precast ribbed plate laminated.Finally,the common steel truss and prestressed ribbed laminated carried out finite element analysis,the application of a variety of models of laminated surface under shear load damage and the change of the simulation.Compared with the results of simulation and theoretical research,the parameters and models of shear strength are proposed.The research results of this paper can provide the theoretical basis for the practical application of the laminated structure,and help to promote the development of the laminated structure in China. |
