Permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used in electric drive system because of its high power density,high reliability,high torque ratio and high efficiency.In the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system,in order to measure the speed and rotor position of the relevant information,most of the time will use the mechanical sensor to measure the physical quantity required.Due to the limitations of the sensor,the system will increase the volume of the system and increase the operating cost.Meanwhile,it is also limited in some bad conditions,such as high temperature and high corrosive environment.The speed sensorless control technology has become an inevitable trend,and it is one of the most popular research directions in the field of electrical transmission.Firstly,based on the vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor,a new method is proposed to obtain the position and speed of the motor.The speed and the speed of the motor are obtained by using the extended state observer.In order to solve the problem of estimating the rotor position and speed in full speed range,a new method is proposed.PIR parallel resonant controller is used to replace the PI current regulator,the sliding mode controller is replaced by the PI speed regulator,and a new type of nonlinear vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor with no speed sensor is constructed.Finally,the system simulation model is built in MATLAB/simulink.The simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve the estimation of rotor position and speed of the motor at full speed,and the system has good dynamic and static performance.In the last part of the paper,the hardware circuit of PMSM vector control system is introduced.The hardware circuit design of the control circuit,driving circuit,detection circuit and protection circuit are designed based on TMS320F2812 DSP.The hardware platform of vector control system of PMSM is given.
