Uneven foundation settlement is one of the major causes of construction accidents and is a major issue that construction practitioners can not ignore.Uneven foundation subsidence will affect the normal use of the superstructure function and ultimate bearing capacity.This is a very complex process:Uneven subsidence of the foundation leads to deformation of the superstructure and redistribution of internal forces.In the process of changing the internal force of superstructure,it will affect the settlement of bearing.In the iterative process until it reaches equilibrium.In order to study the influence of subgrade uneven settlement on the superstructure,this paper uses finite element software SAP2000 to simulate RC frame structure model.By selecting two kinds of support forms,fixed support and elastic support,the influence law of uneven settlement on RC frame structure is analyzed,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the design of correction and structural reinforcement.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,Based on the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,the classification and characteristics of uneven settlement are studied.The self-factors and external factors of differential settlement are studied.The occurrence of uneven settlement is summarized as the complexity of foundation soil,Construction,the improper use of the two aspects.At the same time,according to different types of subsidence,the hazards of differential subsidence from the aspects of building inclination,structural component destruction and building subsidence are studied in depth.Secondly,The finite element software SAP2000 is used to simulate the RC frame structure model.After comparing and analyzing the results of fixed bearing and elastic bearing in two forms and in different working conditions,it is found that the RC structure will generate huge additional internal force in the event of uneven settlement.Among them,the bending moment of the bottom frame beam increased by 5.56 times,the shear force of the bottom frame beam increased by 6.40 times,the bending moment of the bottom frame column increased by 2.01 times,and the shear force of the second-floor frame column increased by 2.12 times.Comparing the two support models of fixed support and elastic support,it is found that the additional internal force of the fixed support is larger than the ultimate support of the elastic support.Therefore,when designing the structure,taking into account the elastic stiffness of the foundation soil can improve the economic performance of the structure.Thirdly,SStudy on Precautionary Measures for Foundation Settlement Control.From the investigation of the building phase,the design phase,the construction phase of the study of non-uniform subsidence control measures,the uneven settlement to eliminate in the initial stage.As for the control of uneven subsidence of existing buildings,various factors such as structure,foundation soil type and foundation type must be thoroughly considered,and it is forbidden to discuss separately the foundation foundations and the superstructure in consideration of the interaction between them At the same time,strive to minimize the loss,to ensure the continued safe use of the structure.
