Traffic congestion and the expansion of urban logistics have brought a series of urban problems,and have hindered the development of the city.In this context,the urban intelligent underground logistics system is introduced,and the departure time interval is probed into to relieve these problems.The main problem which is discussed is how to optimize the dispatching of underground logistics system according to the actual situation of cargo flow in the urban intelligent underground logistics system.Firstly,it introduces the development of underground logistics system and the advanced theory and ideas about scheduling.Secondly,the operation pattern and mechanism of the urban intelligent underground logistics system are described.The concept of operation dispatching in the urban intelligent underground logistics is defined.Factors of underground logistics operation dispatching are discussed.The procedure is introduced.Then the concept of headway is clarified.The operational characteristics of urban intelligent underground logistics are analyzed.The process of determining the headway is explored.Thirdly,the arrival of cargo flow is analyzed.The electronic information card comes with goods is used to do some statistical and analysis.Then the GM(1,1)method is used to predict the line freight.On this basis,the urban intelligent underground logistics system headway is researched.Based on the analysis of the profit of the operating enterprises and the profit of the clients,the model with the minimum operating cost and the lowest waiting cost of the goods is built.Then the genetic-simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,a city is taken for an example,and the arrival data of each site at a certain time is analyzed and forecast.Then the data is used in the model,the genetic-simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the problem.Finally,the more scientific and reasonable result is selected.Then the model and the algorithm are proved to be feasible.The validity and scientificity of the model in the problem of urban intelligent underground logistics operation scheduling are proved.And the thesis provides a reference scheme for the intelligent underground logistics system that would be put into operation in the future.
