| With the increasing utilization of ocean resources,the construction of marine infrastructure continues to expand,and the construction technology of deep water throwing and filling has become more and more widely used.For the large flow velocity of 2m/s and large water depth above 30m conditions,There is no effective method to realize the dumping fill effect of precise dumping fill stone.This paper is based on the two phase of 12.5m deepwater channel regulation under the Yangtze River in Nanjing,The problem about the large flow velocity of deepwater and fixed point dumping fill construction technology are studied.In this paper,the construction technology of underwater precise throwing and filling of block stone is studied.Not only the deepwater high precision throwing and filling equipment is developed,but also the structural load and force are analyzed in detail.Firstly,the general situation of the two stage project of 12.5m deepwater channel regulation under Nanjing is introduced.According to the condition of the project,the Deepwater high precision throwing and filling equipment is studied.And the equipment operation conditions,equipment selection and equipment research and design were introduced in detail.Then through flow capacity calculation,chute stress and the stress on the trolley and rail structure load are analyzed.Through the calculation of the strength of the chute,the trolley and the outer track beam,the structural strength is guaranteed to meet the design requirements.We also studied the construction of ship berthing impact force,through the domestic and foreign research impact force calculation formula,combined with the actual situation of the project,recommended ship berthing speed calculation formula of the impact force.It is proved that the construction technique has advanced nature,high degree of automation,strong adaptability to the working condition,and can achieve high efficiency operation. |
