Research On Cost Management System Of General Contracting Of Municipal Landscape Projects

With the rapid development of China’s economy,international construction projects have been highly valued by domestic construction enterprises.In 2013 General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the Silk Road and the Silk Road on the sea "strategic decision The Belt and Road",has brought great opportunities for the development of construction project in china.Especially in the field of infrastructure,the municipal landscape project,as the core profit point of the enterprise,is an important part in the field of infrastructure construction.In recent years,the municipal landscape project has widely adopted the project general contracting model(EPC model),but the research on the EPC model is mostly focused on the project management,but the research on the cost management under the EPC mode is less.Therefore,this paper takes the municipal landscape project as the breakthrough point,and carries out the cost management under the general contract model of the project(EPC model).Research.The municipal project is an important part of the infrastructure construction,and it is easily affected by the local urban environment and policy.These factors determine the high income and high risk characteristics of the municipal engineering general contract.Facing the huge and complex EPC projects,it is the core of municipal EPC project management to realize the profits of enterprises,control costs effectively and improve efficiency.In this paper,the cost management of the implementation stage of municipal landscape project is analyzed by ABC analysis,and the key factors that affect the cost management and control are found.On the basis of the BP neural network can only deal with the quantitative data,the management behavior related information is quantified,and the management behavior database is established.After that,the management behavior characteristics and key factors are taken as signal inputs,and a cost management system applicable to the general contracting of municipal landscape projects is established.In order to achieve the best economic benefit of the municipal landscape project under the general contracting mode of the project(EPC model),the core purpose of the municipal landscape EPC project is to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of the project.It provides a direction for the cost management of the municipal landscape EPC project in China,and has a certain theoretical and practical value for the smooth implementation and implementation of the EPC model in the future.
