Vehicle testing is an important technology in vehicle development and production.Vehicle dynamic parameters and driving state parameters are the basic requirements of vehicle performance testing.In order to better carry out experimental research on vehicle dynamic performance and driving state,this paper develops a vehicle performance test system based on six component sensor of vehicle wheel.The main research work is as follows:This paper collects and consults with the relevant literature,the research status at home and abroad based on the wheel force test are analyzed,including the hardware configuration of the data acquisition and processing system,sensor selection and technical progress,and the principle of six component sensor,GPS sensor and data input and output control mode and data format.The stress characteristics of tire,the principle and composition of tire force measuring device and the application in actual test are expounded.Combined with the development platform and laboratory's existing conditions and development platform,the test system scheme researched in this paper is worked out.The overall scheme of the test system includes two parts of the system hardware and the test software.The hardware selection of six component wheel force transducer and GPS speed sensor,data acquisition card and computer,analyzes the hardware interface type and data input and output,select the six component sensor is connected with the computer through the serial port,GPS speed sensor through the pulse counter and data acquisition card and GPS speed sensor connected with the computer through the serial port connection,set up the hardware platform of the system.In software design,programming using Lab VIEW virtual instrument software platform,designed the data acquisition module and data processing module,data acquisition module,data acquisition module includes six component of the wheel speed sensor and data acquisition module,data processing software module includes six component data processing and speed sensor data processing software module.The test system is composed of the hardware acquisition equipment and the system software program.Using the developed test system to carry out the real vehicle experiment in the school car proving ground,verify the hardware and software of the test system can work normally and achieve the functions.The wheel six force sensor is installed to the car wheel and connected to the computer through the connection line.The GPS speed sensor is connected to the computer and the vehicle 12 V power supply,and the signal receiving antenna is placed on the car roof.Several groups of real vehicle experiments were carried out at the experimental site.Data collection and storage were carried out by collecting software,and stored data were processed and analyzed.The parameters of analysis included vehicle speed,wheel dynamic load and adhesion rate.Through the real vehicle test,the system can basically achieve the functions of collecting,storing,processing and analyzing parameters such as six component,wheel speed and vehicle speed,so as to achieve the basic goal of developing vehicle dynamic testing system based on wheel six points.The system has good scalability,easy system upgrade.
