With the increasing density of urban population in China,urban congestion has seriously affected people's lives and social order.As a safe and fast way of transportation,urban rail transit can greatly improve the urban transport capacity.The shielding door is a key design link in rail transit system.The accuracy and safety of its control system is of great importance.At the same time,the large number of applications and dispersiveness of shielding doors in rail transit have led to a large amount of on-site communication data.Therefore,the centralized management information on the bottom layer and the real-time requirements for data management are very high.As a new type of Ethernet standard,PROFINET provides a set of relatively complete automation solutions to solve the above problems.Based on the functional requirements of the gate control system of the metro shield gate in urban rail transit,this paper combines the motor control technology with PROFINET industrial Ethernet technology to design a gate control system based on PROFINET industrial Ethernet.First of all,this paper analyzed and deduced the mathematical model of brushless DC motor in detail.Based on the analysis of its operating characteristics,the control algorithm and speed regulation performance of the motor were studied.A field-oriented control algorithm based on excitation current id=0 is used to improve the control performance of the screened door system.Secondly,through the research of the PROFINET IO model,the PROFINET IO network of the gate control system and the screen door management system was established,and the direct control from the management center to the screen gate site was completed.Finally,the design of the hardware circuit and software program of the system is completed.The hardware circuit is divided into PROFINET gateway converter and motor driver.It mainly includes power management module,power drive circuit,signal detection unit,processor,protection module and Ethernet communication module.The software part mainly completes the design of the main program and each sub-module program,including the control algorithm program,MODBUS communication program,and PROFINET IO application program.Finally,the gated system composed of the designed driver and gateway completes the debugging and experimentation of the control system for the test platform,and collects relevant data such as the speed and current during the experiment.By analyzing the experimental data,the influence of the traditional PID control algorithm and this algorithm on the system performance was compared,and the proposed control scheme was verified to improve the motor performance.Finally,the gate controller system was applied to the actual site for inspection and verified the actual performance of the system.The test results show that the door control system designed by this project is reasonable in design,stable in operation and has good performance indicators.
