Since May 1,2016,the implementation of more than 60 years to complete the historic mission of the sales tax drop out the historical stage,construction is included in "Camp changed by" range.The purpose is to make corporate tax burden reduced.However,the tax reform to the construction enterprises to bring a lot of advantages and disadvantages.This is the starting point of this study.This paper takes the Z construction company as the research object,and discusses the influence of the "increase" to the Z construction company from the enterprise tax burden and the financial aspect.This paper first draws the relevant background and significance of "camp change",and then expounds the relevant theoretical basis.Subsequently,according to the existing situation of the Z construction company,it was found that the tax burden of the construction project under the simple taxation method was lower.The general taxation method makes the project tax burden grow.While the overall corporate tax burden decreased significantly.Then,through the company’s situation to be "camp by" on the construction of the company’s financial aspects of the impact:the tax returns of enterprises has changed,and invoices issued and received is different from before.On the balance sheet,the tax reform makes the value of assets recorded a slight reduction,and assets and liabilities increased their book value.On the income statement,the profit and loss items have been reduced,but the right to increase the net profit margin can show that corporate profitability becomes stronger.On the cash flow statement,the cash flow is easy to break,the cash pressure increases.Finally,according to the problems existing in the tax administration and management of Z construction company,the feasible concrete countermeasures are put forward:improving the overall quality of financial personnel,improving the management of suppliers,standardizing contract management,optimizing the management of funds,and doing a reasonable tax planning.This paper provides an important reference for the impact of the "increase" to the construction enterprises,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of "increase" in construction enterprises.At the same time,can help build enterprises improve their own management to improve the method,and promote the construction industry "camp by" in China to better implement and apply.
