| Coal gallery structure used in the external retaining structure of belt conveyer,the most widely used in coal mines,power plants and other industrial production in the transport of coal,raw material etc.In recent years,along with the progress of the society,but also more and more high to the requirement of coal gallery structure,toward the span,weight light,stiffness big direction.At present abroad appeared a new kind of gallery structure,overall prefabricated belt conveyor,the structure is light thin wall type steel beam as the main stress components of pressed steel plate as its side retaining plate and side floor.This kind of bridge with large span structure,strength,light weight,simple construction etc,and compared with the traditional steel truss bridge structure is more beautiful,save the cost,has the very good development prospect.Therefore,the construction of the new gallery structure,determine its side retaining plate of skin effect on the overall structure of the role,for the structure applied to engineering practice is of great significance.This article first expounds the coal gallery structure and the research status of skin effect,this paper introduces the mechanism of skin effect,research methods and the orthotropic equivalent principle of steel sheet.Second overall fabricated with the finite element analysis software Ansys conduct belt type coal gallery structure analysis,it is concluded that the stiffness and strength meet the specification requirements,determine its structure is reasonable.And fabricated of equal span the whole coal gallery structure and the traditional steel truss structure model is established in this paper,the Ansys are established considering the effect of skin pier structure and not considering the effect of skin pier structure,two models on the static and dynamic aspects of the comparison and analysis,obtained in static analysis considering reduced the effect of skin structure,the deformation of the side retaining threatening the whole structure have the effect of the lateral support,greatly reduce the horizontal displacement of the structure,strengthen the structure internal force.In terms of power,it is concluded that the dynamic characteristics of the coal pier structure and the main vibration as vertical vibration,lateral retaining plate of the horizontal vibration of the vibration of the structure also has a certain effect;dynamic response analysis of whole structure,studied coal pier in belt runtime vibration characteristics,the harmonic response analysis under the verticalvibration force,analysis it is concluded that the vibration of the law,to prevent the occurrence of resonance structure.Finally summed up the new overall prefabricated belt type coal pier structure is reasonable in structure,not only on the economy and the appearance is more superior to traditional coal pier steel truss structure,should be widely used in engineering practice. |
