With the development of construction industry,the pollution of construction and the waste of resources become increasingly prominent problem.At the same time,our country strongly advocated building industrialization in recent years.This paper adopts the fiber reinforced wood substrates by magnesia cement as cementitious material,such as straw,tree branches,plant fiber,short cut fiber glass or glass fiber grid cloth as reinforcing material,after pouring,hardened in waste wood slat surface sheet.Binding it into various components or structure to build low-rise buildings can not only meet the needs of construction industrialization,but also protect the environment and save resources.In order to promoting the application of this new material in low-rise building,this article mainly explore the new low-rise building of the system design method from the beam flexural member,column type compression member and the performance of compressive and flexural member nodes,as the new way to build floor,wall and its node of the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis.So the main contents of this article is as follows:(1)On the experimental study of five fiber reinforced wood beams,the process of the stress of the beam and bending failure pattern of the beam are obtained.Through the mechanics of materials,the beam bending strength are given.(2)Studying the test of the two axial compression short column,we analyze the stress of the column process,clear its failure pattern and get short column damage when load and axial compression column in the name of the compressive strength is given.(3)Designing the bonding surface bonding fiber reinforced wood plate into components,node and wallboard bond beam;binding bond three kinds of different forms,and carries on the pure shear test,shear failure mechanism and the name of the three types of bonding shear strength;Through repeated comparison method,we obtain the reasonable way of beam-column node or wallboard bond according to the two groups of six root beam test contrast research in the form of lap joint properly beam-column lap.And according to the test results,we use the method of mechanics of materials to computing shearing strength of the nodes.(4)Discussing the design method of the strength of the plate-wall structure system based on the beam,column and node test results,and using the finite element software ABAQUS simulation of three floors under actual working condition of load stress distribution,and compared with the stress in the name of the test is given,It is concluded that the nominal stress is greater than 2 times of stress in practical engineering and the wallboard node of shear stress is less than 3 times of shear strength which have the high security reserves and suggest that the structure of lower living in allowing stress method can be used for the structure strength design.
