As a warhead structural material applied to air defense missiles,this structure requires the warhead material to be of lighter quality in order to meet the weight requirements of the missile against the warhead on the basis of guaranteeing operational performance and protection against flameproof.Therefore,for the explosive driving structure,the analysis of the anti-explosion performance of the flameproof protective metal layer material is of great significance.This paper views a wood metal contact laminated target structure with poplar plywood and 2A12 aluminum alloy plate as materials.This kind of structure can make full use of the good plastic forming ability of 2A12,and it has the advantages of smaller mechanical and mechanical properties and less physical and mechanical differences between longitudinal and transverse directions of poplar plywood.As the basis of the penetration characteristics,the quasi-static mechanical behavior tests of poplar plywood and 2A12 aluminum alloy will be performed by using WDW-100 microelectronic universal testing machine.The main mechanical properties such as elastic modulus?Poisson's ratio and failure strength will be obtained.In this paper,the effect of strain rate on the yield strength and fracture strain will be determined by several Hopkinson pressure bar impact tests,and the constitutive relationship and fracture criterion of 2A12 aluminum alloy and poplar plywood will be established.In order to study the anti-penetration performance of wood-metal composite targets,in this paper,the experimental study of flat-headed and oval-shaped steel-lever missile bodies impinging on wood-metal composite targets will be performed on light gas cannons.By changing the target plate structure and bullet shape,we can obtain two type and properties of the composite body by impacting two diffrent thicknesses of wood composite targets.Using a high-speed camera to record the process of impact and measure the remaining velocity of the projectile,the ballistic limits of the two types of projectiles impacting the wood metal composite target plate will be obtained.And theoretical analysis is made on the impact of the rod impact on the front and back of the target,and its application prospects will be put forward.The wood-metal composite structure in this paper can be used as the flameproof protective layer material of the ammunition box structure,and can also provide a certain test method for studying the impact resistance of two kinds of materials with different properties superimposed into a composite target plate,especially the composite materials of hard and soft.More importantly,this paper can provide data reference for subsequent experiments and simulations that are similar to this layered structure,metal sandwich structures.
