In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the public demand for comfortable life significantly improved,especially demand for indoor environment temperature in cold winter and in the southern region.Underfloor heating is the most comfortable and healthy heating mode,and satisfying the way of keeping good health in traditional Chinese medicine.With the energy saving and efficiency of dc frequency conversion technology gradually popular approval,independent underfloor heating system with DC inverted frequency compressor arises at the historic moment,and the system is in conformity with the current development trend of distributed heating technology,so the underfloor heating system with DC inverted frequency compressor has good prospects for development.The main task of this topic is:Researching the overall structure of the heating system with DC inverted frequency compressor and main features of peripheral equipment;Establishing the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and analysising the motor vector control method and carrying on the simulation.Designing the hardware and software of indoor(outside)machine of underfloor heating system with DC inverted frequency compressor.Establishing the underfloor heating experiment system with DC inverted frequency compressor and analysising compressor startup process,and testing the voltage and current waveform by the actual online tests under different operation frequency.The parameters of compressor discharge temperature,heating performance,power consumption and COP(Coefficient of Performance)were researched and compared with the corresponding parameters of ordinary heating system.This paper can ensure the underfloor heating system with DC inverted frequency compressor units operating efficiently and stably,under the ambient condition with temperatures between-20 ? and 7 ?,the underfloor heating system with DC inverted frequency compressor has a higher heating capacity and COP compared with the normal heating pump,and the heating capacity is increased by 22.6%and the COP is increased by 0.65.The experimental results demonstrate that under the premise of energy saving and environmental protection the underfloor heating system based on DC inverted frequency compressor can better satisfy the demands of low ambient temperature of-20?.
