By the end of 2015,China’s high-speed railway mileage has reached 19,000 kilometers,it has been the longest in the world,which carrying 2.5 billion passengers each year.The rapid development of the electrical railway puts higher requirements towards the safe and stable operation of the train.In high-speed railway,catenary is the key equipment of the locomotive power whose reliability matters the safety and efficiency of the whole railway transport system.It has six major characteristics which including the complex space environment,influenced by the climate conditions,no backup,load uncertainly,large space of mechanical system and multidisciplinary composite.Now the catenary’s status detectors have some problems,low frequency,large artificial production,low accuracy of fault location and so on.A new type of catenary’s status detector is in urgent of need,which can adapt to the higher speed and the higher utilization rate.On the basis of well-studied on the dynamic testing methods in China and abroad,meeting the actual needs of dynamic testing,this thesis raise a design method,Catenary-Checking on-Line Monitor Device,which meets the "high speed railway power supplying security detection monitoring system(6C)".By adding video detection vidicon,supporting number plate and scene capturing camera on the operated motor train unit,extract the passing catenary’s geometry parameters,analysis the power supplying parameters,locate the fault in accuracy and warn the bird’s nests.Ultimately achieve the dynamic testing of the high-speed railway catenary.Facing the frequent hazing weather,this thesis puts forward three ways of catenary’s video dehazing.Integrating the advantages and disadvantages of each way,finally choose the histogram equalization in this device for image dehazing which successfully reduce the influence by hazing weather.By using the improved Harris corner detection algorithm,successfully extract the passing catenary’s geometry parameters.After analysing the geometric parameters,complete the work of hard point judging which is one of the power supplying parameters.Using SVM to capture pillar from the supporting number plate images,identify the bird’s nest from the scene captured images to reduce the damaging from the bird’s nest.Finally,on the basis of the above algorithms,using the MATLAB GUI to design the software realizing the system’s function.Using the existing image resources to test the software.The result shows that the detector can achieve the expected goals,providing experimental foundation for the high speed railway catenary running status detection.
