Along with rapid development of train industry.The high-speed train in the running process is attached more and more importance is the safety of the,train axle box bearing as the high-speed train running parts of the key,its performance is to ensure that the key for the safe operation of trains in the.This topic in a detailed study of the characteristics of high speed train bearing,according to its working and motion characteristics by double row tapered roller bearings in bearing testing machine simulation the rotation of the bearing of high-speed train,then the different fault types of bearing vibration signal acquisition,a general introduction of the double row tapered roller bearings of the main part,studies the main fault types and formation cause of injury,the characteristic frequency etc..In the research and study of the bearing of the main monitoring means,a detailed study of the bearing fault diagnosis is more common in the time domain diagnosis,frequency domain diagnostic methods and some modern intelligent diagnostic techniques.Based on the study of the bearing fault theory,the choice of monitoring means and methods for fault diagnosis of the right,in the main bearing testing machine on existing for the purpose of the experiment and then built a field experiment,according to the requirements of precision and experiment to achieve the design of the test bench for loading and lubrication,also including the main equipment motor,sensor,signal acquisition and selection,bearing fault type artificial manufacture different experiments and signal acquisition,design in different conditions,such as radial load,axial load or load,with different speed under the same experiment,and real-time recording of double row tapered roller bearing vibration acceleration signal,lay the reliable data for the next step of signal analysis.Finally on the acquisition to the bearing vibration acceleration signals are compared and processed.In the study of various diagnosis methods,this paper mainly on the acquisition to fault signal by using kurtosis,the combination of wavelet analysis and Hilbert envelope analysis method,Hilbert Huang transform fault diagnosis method are analyzed,comparison of the two methods of bearing fault signal analysis and processing results,and bearing fault characteristic frequency theory numerical calculation are compared,to observe the failure analysis results,to judge the type of fault.Finally based on bearing test machine to build the experimental platform of fault signal analysis and comparison and concluded that appeal two analysis methods of diagnosis results of precision and applicable environment,find the most effective diagnosis method for fault diagnosis of bearing,for high-speed trains on line monitoring provides a strong theoretical basis.
