Open sea terminal adopts open type design which is lacking of the cover of bulwark,and the working conditions is complex on site.Open sea terminal located in open waters where the condition of wind and current is complex.The ship's impacted in this circumstance in increasing irregular motion and unpredictable mooring force change which is easily to cause safety accidents.It is necessary to do some research on prediction of mooring state in order to avoid the accidents and maintenance terminal safety credibility.Mooring state includes the ship movements,fender pressure and tension of the cable,and the correlation is obviously.For the convenience of study,select the characterization of mooring rope tension state.Cable tension is a typical non-stationary time series and impacted by both deterministic factors and environmental dynamic factors.Through the wavelet decomposition and single reconstruction,the original non-stationary time series is decomposed into a layer of approximation coefficients and several layers of detail coefficients.Each layer of coefficients is used to regression and forecast by SVM.After integrating layers of coefficients,the predictive value of the original time series is obtained.The simulation results show that wavelet transform can reflect the characteristics of the change of the mooring data,providing accurate samples for SVM learning and prediction.Prediction based on wavelet transform and SVM method is better than the direct application of SVM prediction method in high-precision forecast results.Basing on predictive model and combining with the configuration software technology,a cable force control system is put forward.According to the actual cable force control requirements,design and improve hardware and software in order to achieve the cable advanced control and take off automatically under the harsh working conditions to prevent the cable break incident.The system function relates to data collection,data transfer,state prediction,warning and instruction issue and so on.Research on status prediction method of Large Open wharf mooring system to achieve a fast and accurate prediction ensure the mooring system working normally;The model-based control system guarantee the safety of the ship and the mooring facilities under the harsh environment.
