With the introduction of the "Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of the Electric Power System" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council,the reform of the domestic power supply side was officially launched and a large amount of social capital poured into the field of distribution business.After qualifying for the qualified market players to invest in incremental distribution business,a number of market players will emerge in the distribution network market.The original planning model based on grid enterprises will be broken.In recent years,the rapid growth of clean energy power generation in the country has brought corresponding problems at the same time.In some provinces,the abandonment rate of wind power and PV has remained high,and the issue of clean energy consumption has become increasingly serious.In this situation,how to play a strong supporting role of planning and management of public power grids in clean energy consumption and ensure the safe,economical and reliable operation of public power grids is an urgent issue to be solved.In order to solve this problem,this paper first analyzes the natural monopoly attributes of power system and power grid respectively,and establishes a unified planning model of grid based on the monopoly property of public power grid.Then,by analyzing the balance of power system with clean energy grid connected,By analyzing the various factors that drive the clean energy consumption in the power system,a dynamic model to drive the clean energy consumption system is established.In addition,in the analysis of various influencing factors,the disaggregation method is used to decompose the fluctuation characteristics of clean energy generation and load,and a series of spectrograms can be obtained for quantitative analysis.Finally,in order to verify the proposed system dynamics model of clean energy consumption,the two-zone system containing energy storage is taken as an example to analyze and model.The results show that a unified and coordinated planning of the power grid is conducive to promoting the clean energy power generation consumption.The dissertation aims at solving the problem of clean energy consumption,which is urgently needed to be solved,and provides the methodological guidance for solving the problem of clean energy consumption through power planning.
