The unit 4 of ShenHuaFuNeng power generation company with limited liability was puted into commercial operation in april 2015.Since then,there have been some problems like high temperature of flue gas,large deviation of furnace heat,rate of primary air and improper boiler oxygen control that influence the safe and economic operation of boiler.By adjusting the first air velocity,the inner second air volume,the outer second air volume,swirl strength,valve opening of complete combustion,the oxygen during operation,fineness of pulverized coal,the operation mode of the coal pulverizer,we mastered the operation of the boiler,reduced the exhaust gas temperature,reduced the heat deviation of the boiler,optimized the primary air rate and running oxygen.Based on the factors such as boiler steam-water parameters,slagging,economy and NOx emission,the best operation parameters of boiler are determined,and the safety,economy and environmental protection of the unit are improved.It can be used for reference for super-supercritical unit.
