The power system scheduling that takes into account the generation side resources and the demand side response resources on the user side provides efficient and feasible solutions for the economical and reliable operation of the power system and the consumption of renewable energy.In this paper,the multivariate response characteristics of demand response resources are carefully considered.The uncertainties of wind power forecasting and load forecasting in demand response resource scheduling are taken into account.Day-ahead and in-day dispatch models of demand response resources are established.Based on the review of practice and theoretical research on the participation of demand response resources in system dispatching at home and abroad,the dissertation extracts and models the response characteristics of different response resources,including the response duration,the maximum number of responses and the advance notification time.At the same time,taking into account the uncertainty of wind power forecasting and load forecasting,the optimization objective is to minimize the total cost expectation of start-stop cost,unit operating cost,demand response resource allocation cost and abandonment wind cost,and to establish demand response resources Recently a random optimization scheduling model.Secondly,considering the day-to-day wind power forecasting and the rolling short-term forecast rolling correction,the daily rolling optimal scheduling model of demand response resource is established with the objective of daily operation and adjustment cost,demand response resource adjustment cost and minimum abandonment cost.Finally,the simulation of the model is done by IEEE 3-units 6-node system.The results show that the multivariate response characteristics of demand-response resource and refinement in the scheduling model can reduce the system operating cost more effectively,Increase the flexibility and economy of dispatch models to deal with uncertainties.
