In recent years,the development of modern technologies,such as new energy technology and high-tech information technologies,have promoted another new innovation of power system-Energy Internet.Integrating many of these emerging technologies,Energy Internet has become the inevitable trend of power system to provide electric power with higher quality and more intelligent service.However,the technology integration also expands the relevant fields and scopes,so that Energy Internet should involve more pluralistic and more complex risk elements.In order to ensure the safe and steady operation of it,risk management is an urgent problem for study.Because of the infancy at present,many studies of Energy Internet are in qualitative level as before.For example,the analysis of key technologies,the construction of topology structure and the exploration of operation mode.The quantitative studies with mathematical models are still the minority,which result in the fewer studies on risk warning.Under this background,this paper presented two risk warning models of Energy Internet separately from macro perspective and micro perspective,based on the relevance between risk transfer effect and risk warning and the deep fusion characteristic of power and information.Firstly,in the macro perspective,a simplified structural model of Energy Internet was built according to its topology structure,and group decision method was introduced to combine the consistency degree and the conflict degree of the risk transfer weights from expert group,which can reduce the influence of the subjective consciousness dramatically.With the structural model and the comprehensive transfer weights,the risk of each structural part can be calculated by the transfer effect,and the risk warning result can be obtained.Secondly,in the micro perspective,which started from the characteristics and background of Energy Internet,a set of thorough risk index system was built and a data mining method,Mutual Information Theory,was used to identify the key risk elements.The transfer mechanism of these key risks was analyzed by Interpretative Structural Model after that,to assist the risk warning of Energy Internet.With the simplified or key processing procedure,these two models reduced the obstacle from the complexity of Energy Internet and improve the efficiency of risk warning,which proved solutions for finding potential risks in time and filled the gap in the current study.Besides,on the basis of the theoretical research above,and combining with some related knowledge of information technology and information system,this paper analyzed the feasibility of the risk warning system of Energy Internet and combed the functional requirement of the system.Moreover,the general framework,functional module,human-computer interaction mechanism and the main tables' structures of database of the risk warning system got all designed,which proved a reference scheme for developing the actual risk warning system.
