With the continuous improvement of urban public transport in the strategic status of urban traffic,conventional public transport is still the main force in the urban public transport system.It is an urgent need for the healthy development of urban traffic to accelerate the improvement of the service level and operation efficiency of the urban public transport system.In the new era,it is more and more important for us to collect comprehensive and accurate data of conventional buses in the actual road operation with new technology means,and provide a scientific basis for the planning management,operation decisions and scheduling of public transport departments.At present,in China's major cities,bus IC card automatic charging system and vehicle GPS positioning system have been widely promoted and used,which provides abundant data basis for data mining and analysis based on public transport,and also provides a possibility for the use of modern technology and new method to realize bus operation evaluation and bus passenger flow rule research.This dissertation starts with the analysis of the bus data source,describes the current traffic system data generation model,the bus IC card and GPS data acquisition method,the original data structure and data processing method,and extracts the key field information for bus passenger flow analysis and bus operation evaluation study from the original bus data structure.Then,the dissertation introduces the common methods of data mining.According to the order of data mining results,this dissertation first studies the time division of public transport passenger flow,applies the application of Fisher algorithm in feature extraction,and determines the optimal peak interval through high-precision fitting,so as to solve the problem of passenger flow time interval partition.With the time division result and Integration of bus IC card data and GPS data,the bus station is calculated by using the clustering algorithm.Then,based on the results of the previous excavation,the line passenger volume,the Interval passenger volume and the site passenger volume of the No.8 bus routes selected are analyzed adequately.Finally,it describes the idea of bus operation evaluation and analysis.According to the principles and methods of evaluation indicators screening,relevant indicators of bus operation evaluation are selected,and the system structure of bus operation evaluation and analysis based on IC card and GPS data is established.Combined with the selected lines 8,72 and 338,the indicators in the bus operation evaluation are calculated,and the results are compared and evaluated,and the problems and suggestions in bus operation were pointed out.
