Rubber concrete has characteristics such as high light-weight damping ratio and durability performance,shock-absorbing performance,and excellent crack resistance,but the addition of rubber aggregate to the concrete will reduce the mechanical properties of the concrete.The test found that the surface of the rubber aggregate was compounded.Changing the chemical substance on the surface of the rubber aggregate can increase the binding between the rubber aggregate and the cement paste and improve the mechanical properties.In order to deepen and improve the research on the bonding properties,compressive strength and split tensile strength of rubber concrete and steel bars,two kinds of rubber particle sizes(1 to 3 mm)were studied in concrete of two different strength grades(C20 and C50).,3?6mm),dosage is 0%and 15%(equal volume replacement of fine aggregate),two surface treatment methods(no treatment,1%NaOH aqueous solution and KH570 alcohol solution composite treatment),two types of reinforcement and The effect of five diameters on the bondability between rubber concrete and steel reinforcement,and the effect of rubber particle size,dosage and treatment method on its compressive strength and splitting tensile strength.The main research content is:1.Test and test the compressive and tensile strength of 60 standard specimens of 150mm cubes.Study the effects of rubber particle size,dosage and treatment methods on the compressive and tensile strengths of two grades of rubber and fitting compressive and tensile strengths.The relationship of strength.Compressive force-tensile strength shows a linear relationship;rubber particles make the concrete's compressive and tensile strength decrease;rubber composite treatment can significantly improve compressive strength,tensile strength;3?6mm particle size rubber concrete compressive strength,tensile strength Slightly larger.2.The center pullout force of 600150mm cube standard pull-out specimens was tested and tested.The effect of two types of rebar and five kinds of diameters,rubber particle size,blending amount and treatment method on the bond strength of two grades of rubber concrete and reinforcing steel was studied.The blending strength decreases,and the bond strength decreases.The bond strength of rubber concrete with a particle size of 3-6mm is 1.08 times that of 1-3mm.The effect of improving the bond strength after rubber particle composite treatment is more significant;The bond strength is only 0.62 times that of the deformed bar.3.By measuring the slippage of the free end of the steel bars in the pull-out test,the effects of rubber particle content,rubber particle size,and rubber treatment on the free end slip of the steel bars in two grades of rubber concrete were analyzed.The incorporation of rubber particles increases the slip,but the law is not obvious;rubber particles have small slippage;after the composite treatment,the deformation of the deformed steel bars increases,but the results of the optical steel bar slip are opposite;The free end of the rebar has a small amount of slip.4.Based on the ultimate bond strength data of deformed steel bars and rubber concrete measured in the test and the statistical analysis of the existing research test data obtained from the consolidation,a formula for calculating the ultimate bond strength is fitted.
