With the continuous development of science and technology in China,demand for automation and intellectualization in industrial production is becoming more and more intense.In recent years,Number ofvehicle ownership in China has a great rapid increase.Electric vehicles and hybrid vehiclesalso have developed rapidly.The circuit structure of the car also becomes more and more huge and complexwhich brings tremendous workload to the repair and maintenance of the car.Automotive circuit drawings are an important tool to guide the automotive repair process.However,drawings are essentially unstructured documents that have only viewing capabilities.The use of manual reading methods is not only cumbersome but also inefficient.In view of the above problems,this article combines the needs of the vehicle maintenance department,using image recognition technology to achieve device extraction,wire extraction and character recognition and establish circuit topology model for retrieval and analysis of connectivity.The specific work is as follows: 1.Researched the overall background of the project and carried out relevant research on the direction of engineering drawing identification.2.This article briefly describes the key of technologies and development platforms for system implementation,including openCV platform,Tesseract-OCR text recognition technology,and image processing related technologies and algorithms.3.Analyze the needs of the actual project,define the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,and complete the overall plan of the system.4.Detailed description of the specific implementation of each module,the first to carry out the pre-processing of the drawings,extraction device outline,character recognition.Then establish a topological model of drawings to achieve the storage and retrieval of drawing information.Conduct connectivity analysis based on the conductor and device relationship.5.After completing the system design,accomplish the structural representation of the whole circuit drawing and complete the project requirement.to meet the actual project requirements.6.Finally,summarize some of the work of the project design and look forward to the direction of the next project.
