| Electromagnetic induction igniter is a key part of the firing of weapon and ammunition.Once the electromagnetic induction igniter fails,the strike task won’t be achieved by the weapon and ammunition.In view of the need of non disassembly of the internal circuit of the electromagnetic induction generator and the complexity of the working electromagnetic environment,an nondestructive examination based on electromagnetic induction and detection circuit is proposed.A fault diagnosis system is designed for the electromagnetic induction igniter working state detection circuit.An implementation scheme about non-contact electromagnetic induction detection system is proposed based on the analysis of relevant research and the requirements of the state detection of electromagnetic induction igniter,and the nondestructive testing system of electromagnetic induction igniter has been designed and completed.The system is composed of electromagnetic excitation,electromagnetic induction,anti-interference conditioning and signal discrimination modules.In order to improve the detection sensitivity and ensure the safety of the igniter,the alternating current electromagnetic excitation method is adopted.The module is composed of signal generator and power amplifier to realize the safety excitation and signal loading of the igniter.The signal discriminating module takes ARM as the main chip and completes the self learning and working state judgement of the standard parts of the electromagnetic induction igniter.According to the demands of batch production and system maintenance of the electromagnetic induction nondestructive testing system,the circuit fault diagnosis scheme is proposed.Based on the Lab VIEW platform,a fault diagnosis based on BP neural network is designed.The excitation source module,the data acquisition module and the fault diagnosis module based on BP neural network and so on are designed to realize the generation of the fault diagnosis signal,the signal collection of circuit information points,the diagnosis of circuit faults and the location of circuit fault points.After the actual detection of 50 products,the accurate judgement of the state of the electromagnetic induction igniter can be realized by the nondestructive examination system.The fault diagnosis system designed in this paper can locate the fault point of the the failure nondestructive examination system,and the accuracy of the diagnosis result is up to 86.1%. |
