Based On ISR-1 Intelligent Dual-drive Electric Vehicle Research On Key Technologies Of Electronic Differential System

Global research and practice shows that one of the future directions for the development of electric vehicle driving is distributed drive.Electronic differential control is one of the key technologies for both dual-drive and four-drive systems.This article is based on the iSR-1 intelligent dual-driver technology verification vehicle,carries on the vehicle design and the simulation verification of the dynamic performance,and focuses on the electronic differential system theory analysis and the control algorithm simulation to do a more in-depth study for the design of the electric vehicle.R&D provides theoretical basis and design basis.The iSR-1 intelligent dual-drive electric vehicle is a technically-proven vehicle that uses switched reluctance wheel-side motors drive,with electronic differential control and electronic steering system.Firstly,Carsim vehicle simulation software was used to simulate and verify vehicle parameters and dynamic performance.Then the parameter matching verification of the electric drive system was carried out from two aspects of rated parameters and peak parameters.The Matlab simulation analysis was carried out for a variety of operating conditions of the vehicle's electronic differential algorithm,and a solution to the abnormal slip situation of the vehicle was proposed.The double-closed-loop control theory of speed and torque based on the target slip ratio is used to improve the simulation of the system performance and its effectiveness,which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up experiment of the whole vehicle.
