At this stage,Through tender,The State Grid has resolutioned 74 smart substation project bids,including 46 new stations and 28 retrofit stations.Along with perfect technical standards,the number of smart substations has increased substantially compared with the same period of last year.It has entered a period of comprehensive construction,and we think it will be beneficial to the relevant intelligent monitoring system.As China's electricity market continues to expand and demand grows,The development of smart substations in China has entered a period of comprehensive construction.In Smart substation construction.Reducing operating costs through computer intelligence.At same time,Realize monitoring of power consumption data,etc.It is to Grasp power usage.Currently,building a smart substation,through intelligent monitoring.In the research process of this article,the following aspects will be focused.The first part introduces the technology of moving target monitoring and introduces the main algorithms,including optical flow method,adjacent frame method,background image difference method and other methods.At the same time,digital video compression technology,the general process of digital video compression,and video compression coding and classification are also introduced.This paper will use the moving target monitoring technology and video compression coding technology to solve the problem that substation video monitoring systems.The second part is the overall architecture of substation video intelligent monitoring system.In this chapter,by studying the current situation of substations and the functions of substation video surveillance systems that are currently running,we summarize current system deficiencies.Based on the current field equipment and network,we select field devices,design networks,and propose A new remote monitoring system solution based on motion picture monitoring and motion target recognition technology.It is desired to solve the current system deficiencies.The third part,the digital instrument recognition algorithm and function implementation.In view of the large number of digital instruments in the substation and their important role,the system has designed an algorithm for digital instrument recognition.The algorithm uses a variety of features and multiple classifiers for fusion,which greatly improves the accuracy of recognition.The fourth part,the tracking function to achieve the goal.For the needs of intrusion detection,helmet identification and other application scenarios in substations,this paper studies the Mean Shift and Cam Shift moving target tracking algorithms,analyzes the steps and processes to implement the algorithm,and achieves both through VC++ and OpenCV program design.
