The substation frame is the most important structure in the substation,which is mainly used to hang all kinds of grounding wires.In the design of substation GIS frame,the steel structure node plays an important role in connecting each member of the truss and ensuring the structure to give full play to its effectiveness.It is one of the most important parts in the design work.Various kinds of joints,"T" and "Y","K"-type steel structure joints studied earlier,widely used in practical engineering,the mechanical properties research has been relatively mature,and draw the corresponding mechanics calculation formula and design model can be used for reference.The "X" steel structure node is gradually applied to the actual engineering because it can connect two parts of the structure in a concise form.Its relative mechanical properties are relatively few,and the design specifications at home and abroad are not yet perfect.Therefore,the "X" type cross steel pipe joints have high research value in practical application and theoretical research.Based on the cross braced "X" cross node of substation 110KV-220 KVGIS frame,the static loading test and nonlinear finite element analysis of full-scale model of "X" type cross node model are carried out.In the finite element analysis,Workbench analysis of mechanical properties of this node in 8 load conditions 1.5 times the design load in this paper,the stress distribution,displacement,displacement and load displacement curves;the ultimate bearing capacity of the nonlinear analysis,the failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity of the.In full-scale model test,this paper introduces the loading scheme and layout scheme of strain gauge in detail,and analyzes the obtained test data,and understands the stress distribution and the stress development curve of each part at each load stage.Based on the numerical simulation and model test results show that the cross node in the super control load under the condition of 50% structural design specifications meet the power performance of the node strength and stiffness,low level stress does not exceed the material yield strength,and no obvious deformation;further showed that the bearing capacity of the structure the limit of the "X" type cross node structure have enough safety.The results show that the design of the "X" terminal bracing cross section of the new substation frame is safe,reasonable and feasible,which provides a new option for saving the land structure for substation construction.
