Research Of Community Planning And Case Analysis Based On The Concept Of Green Development

With the development of our country’s economy,people’s understanding of the way of development and life is also adjusting.The concept of green development is becoming a common understanding.As a basic unit of a city,community’s loading capacity,living environment,business atmosphere and regional functions reflect the quality of the city.The 19 th National Congress of the Party has maintained to advance the green development,to build green communities and to build a beautiful China.Against this background,this paper discusses the research of community planning based on the concept of green development through relevant theoretical research and case analysis.Based on the definition of green development,the realization path and the concept of green community,in the light of domestic and foreign research,this paper puts forward the community planning framework,content and principles of green development concept.Integrated planning guided by the concept of green development,include construction facilities,municipal facilities,landscape facilities,transportation facilities,cultural facilities and so on.In terms of economic benefit analysis,the main return in the short term is social benefit and environmental benefit.In the long run,by adjusting the spatial layout of the community,to improve the carrying capacity;Planning guides the business model and promotes the adjustment of industrial structure.Improving urban functions and introducing more investment can create economic benefits.After various conditions are mature,a community service company can be established to achieve economic benefits from the aspects of community advertising revenue,public parking Spaces and property charges through market-oriented operation.In terms of social benefit analysis,the implementation of comprehensive planning will bring enormous social benefits from the consideration of social stability,improvement of people’s livelihood,beautiful environment and improvement of taste.Improve the image along the street,optimize the use of thebuilding,and make the pipeline orderly.To realize the road paving solid and beautiful,drainage and guide optimization,into the concept of sponge city;To dismantle illegal buildings,break through the micro-circulation of streets and divide the walking space;We will implant cultural symbols,promote civilized customs,enhance cultural atmosphere,and enhance the sense of belonging and honor.Finally,it has become a high-quality residential area with remarkable social benefits,advanced concepts,perfect functions and satisfied masses.In terms of environmental benefit analysis,comprehensive planning will carry out unified planning,coordinated design and create a new image of the city.Through the comprehensive management of water,gas,sound and slag,the ecological benefits can be realized.By adjusting the space environment,we can create a dynamic space with green landscape as the main,leisure and entertainment as well as integration into commerce,so as to achieve landscape benefits.Then pollution control is realized and sustainable economic and social development in the community is promoted.Economic,social and environmental benefit is the dialectical unification relations,in the construction of green community,by the most important environmental benefits,economic benefits and social benefit is in the guarantee under the premise of environmental benefits,the pursuit of maximizing.Based on the case analysis of Shida Dongdian community in Nanguan district,Changchun city,this paper studies the strategy of improving urban function,upgrading regional infrastructure,improving regional carrying capacity,creating a living environment with good ecology,livable and convenient business,full of vitality,perfect function and neat and orderly,improving residents’ sense of gain and happiness,and realizing sustainable development of the community.The Human Development Index(HDI)method was used to evaluate it.By comparing the average life expectancy,adult literacy rate and per capita gross domestic product(GDP)calculated by the international purchasing-power average method in the region.It is concluded that the human development index is increasing for the better after the reconstruction of the region.The evaluation was carried out by usingcost-effectiveness analysis.By calculating the present value of input and output of the region and adjusting the social discount rate,we get the internal rate of return.It is suggested that as a public welfare enterprise,in order to make the project feasible,we should increase the policy inclination and support.Finally,I hope community planning research and application in this paper which based on green concept,will provide theoretical value and reference to complete green development and green community theory,to guide green community building and management.
