With the development of the times,people's awareness of environmental protection has been improved,and traditional fuel cars have gradually been unable to meet the demands of the new situation.Although pure electric vehicles are known for their zero pollution and zero emissions,they also have problems that are difficult to solve at present time: limited mileage.Passenger cars are favored by the public with their nimbus,while the limit of pure electric vehicle mileage is the maximum limit on the popularization of pure electric vehicles in passenger cars.So the hybrid electric vehicle has been invented at the historic moment to solve the present problems,compare to the pure electric vehicles,hybrid electric vehicles have longer mileage than the electric vehicles,compared to the traditional cars,the hybrid electric vehicles are more environmentally friendly,it has gradually became the first choice of people's daily life car.In this paper,the research object based on a hybrid car,carry out a research on control strategy and optimization,the main works text and conclusions of the full are as follows:Firstly according to the design requirement and the structure characteristics of HEV,determine the preliminary scheme of the vehicle and do the type selecting and parameters matching of the engine,drive motor,power battery and the transmission.By analyzing the various working modes of the hybrid electric vehicle in the driving process,designed the combined control strategy of the electric assist control strategy and the multi-point control strategy.Secondly build the vehicle simulation model based on the AMESim software,then the combined control strategy and the traditional electric assist control strategy model were built based on Simulink platform,through the combined simulation based on AMESim/Simulink,verified that the parameter matching of vehicle power train meets the design requirements,then do the comparison analysis on the two control strategies;Lastly through Isight integrated AMESim software,the main parameters of hybrid electric vehicle were analyzed by orthogonal experimental design method,and the four parameters that have the most significant influence on the vehicle performance were obtained.On this basis,the control strategy parameters optimization have been carried out by using the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy,then the economy and emission performance of the vehicle have been improved.
